We are a young team who saw a lack of service and management in the Sectional Title industry and decided to take on the challenge of making a difference and leaving a footprint.

We believe that an estate can not be managed  offsite and therefore have undertaken to place a full time manager onsite in every complex that we manage.

Our staff are trained to manage the complex according to the specific conduct rules in place which means you have your own tailor-made facilities manager!
